Waterlogged carpeting caused-odor stopped
The Labor Day 7-hour storm included multiple severe downpours which caused the gutters to overflow multiple times. Carpeting in part of the basement became waterlogged with water coming in from the outside. ZORBX recommended spraying the Odor Absorber on all of the carpeting which would stop the water-caused odor by killing the mold/mildew that was causing the odor. The Odor Absorber was sprayed on all of the exposed carpeting, and, a part of the carpeting with everything removed from on it, with a pump sprayer as soon as possible. That stopped the water-caused odor from being noticeable within a short period of time. This was important due to the fact the mildew and mold bacteria were being eliminated quickly which meant a person with a compromised immune system did not have to be concerned about what health precautions needed to be added to COVID-19 precautions. The smell of that much Odor Absorber sprayed on the carpeting, approx. 1 Gallon, was noticeable for the remainder of the day and the next day. After that the smell was not noticeable at all. Any other type of scented 'masking' odor absorber would have lingered, which would make trying to smell for any other mildew/mold not possible. Check with ZORBX before applying the Odor Absorber in a basement that had so much water in the basement, 2-3 inches, with more coming in. For safety the pilot on both the furnace and water heater were turned off due to the resulting Odor Absorber-laden air moving around all parts of the basement. After a day and a half, the smell of the Odor Absorber was gone and both pilot lights were re-lit Definitely use a pair of protective gloved, a mask and goggles to protect the eyes. The windows were opened for venting purposes when the weather was warmer during the day and closed at night when it got cool and damp. Check with ZORBX on how the treated carpeting and air should be vented. A higher speed was used on a fan close to one of the windows to pull out as much of the dirty air. ZORBX Odor Absorber worked very well. Some of the remaining liquid will be used on the water damaged furniture to get rid of the smell before being disposed of by the local service department regular garbage collection personnel. The rest of the liquid will be used if rain like what occurred happens again this fall or next spring or summer. That will allow for quick water-caused odor to be eliminated in the future.

great solution for removing cigarette smoke in house
I purchased a house that was smoked in for over 15 years. I used unscented Zorbx on all the walls, ceiling and floors and then aired out the house for a week. Smell is gone. Great product!

Tenant from hell
I had to clean up a rental unit after evicting a problem tenant. The eviction process was lengthy and contentious. Between the spoiled food and pet waste the stench would almost knock you over upon entering. The rug had to be thrown out. The smell was still awful. Sprayed Zorbx on all floors, inside cabinets. inside drawers, and inside closets. The difference the next day was amazing. Scrubbed the floors and countertops down and re-sprayed Zorbx. The place smells fine now.
