Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.   All international orders will be re quoted with the exact shipping costs for approval before shipping.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Easy Returns

We want you to be happy! If you're not completely thrilled with something you buy on www.zorbx.com, you have 90 days to return it.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You can also call Customer Service at 1.800.201.5530 instead of trying to return them yourself.

Speedy Refunds

We'll process your refund right away-within 30 days at the absolute most. It will be in the same form of payment Equal the "total unit price" of the items Excluding the  shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake).

Exceptions

Unfortunately, no proof of purchace and/or items that has a value of $49.99 or higher will not be refunded. We encourage all customers to try our smaller size Items first and make sure that ZORBX is the right solution for your odor control problem.
